You're lucky - you only seem to have it when swinging around. I have it everywhere - a lag here, a stutter there, every couple of seconds, especially outdoors whether running around or swinging.

Stupidly low FPS. Okay, my system can eat this game for breakfast and still have room for more. But yet it is absolutely butchering my FPS, dropping down to 20FPS during web slinging in the city, cutscenes hover around 50-60. But most of the time it's around 30 or under.
